yes that is a shiner on her left eye. she fell over onto her bed at school -BECAUSE she wasn't napping. Any suggestions to get her to sleep at school? She has stopped napping with the other kids
This new 'ok to wake clock' I just got might help. It turns green when it is time to get up. So even if Gavin is awake, he won't come out of his room until it's green. He'll say, "it's green! it's green!"

Your Dad stopped taking naps when he was really little. That's no help, I know -- but just for your info.
